#131; Kimchi Viva Blue Review ( ´ ▽ ` )ノ

I am back with a review. So I know I haven't been doing much in the form of blogging, but that was cause I was too sick to drag myself in front of the computer and even if I was, I didn't have the mood to take any photos.
I am better now after spamming water, meds and tons of herbal tea!
Thank you very very much to boyffie cause he came down all the way from Hougang to pass me tea ^~^
Major love! <3

So as before, I was sifting through my wild collection of contact lenses and I found this pair of Kimchi Viva Blue lenses that was almost close to expiration. So before throwing them away, I decided to do a review.

The lenses in their small little casing. I bought these lenses last year and this was relatively new back then.
I thought they pretty much resembled the Super Barbie Sweet series. I can't say I was impressed with this design cause its pretty simple.

Here they are under normal room lighting. The colour is slightly obvious but abit on the dark side (LOL, Pun intended).

Under harsh lighting. Colour is even more obvious here. But the harsh black ring outside make the lenses less obvious.

Comparison with/without the lenses. Yep, my irises are as small as.....What creature has small irises?

So, my verdict on them?

Comfort: 8/10
No worries about tired eyes cause the water content is high. These lenses are ok for a year's usage but it would be best to dispose them away after three months usage.

Price: 7/10
I gotten this from a seller who had instock so it costed me $20? That is pretty high for i.fairy considering that you can get them at $15. *feels cheated*

Colour: 6/10
Not the best blue lenses that I owe (I absolutely love Candylicious Bambi Blue!) and these weren't obvious. I really adore obvious lenses so maybe this didn't really appeal to me ;<

Enlargement: 8/10
A good enlargement cause of the diameter of these lenses and that was the factor that made me like these lenses. Note the word: "Like"

Re-purchase?
Nope. I don't really like the colour. In fact, I have this thought in my head that I.fairy colour is super obvious whereas kimchi was manufactured for people who don't really like obvious lenses. Maybe I am quick to judge but that's my point of view anyway.

Lens information:
Base Curve: 8.60mm
Diameter: 16.2mm
Water content: 55% water, 45% Polyhema

Shall end this post here cause I couldn't get a happy shot of me with the lenses! Not that I am unhappy per se but I just recovered from my major throat infection. You get my drift...Right?!
I will be back in three days with a new blog post and my next circle lens review will be on the fynale red lenses I gotten A LONG TIME AGO.

:p

XOXO,
Amanda Misaki Sea
