#365; Etude House Dear My Wish Lips Talk in PK003

I feel like I am always busy but alas, that's how life is in a private university. Especially when you are all set to graduate by this year-end. But here I am with another blog post! Starting off this year with a wonderful product review.

Featuring the Etude House Dear My Wish Lips Talk in PK003.
I bought this a while back after reading a few reviews about this online. This is supposedly only available in their flagship store located in the basement of Wisma Atria! I forgotten how much I bought this for but it is much more expensive than their normal range of lipsticks.

Product details and application directions
This is advertised to be moisturizing and long-lasting and I really love the color tone of the Dear My Wish Lips Talk range.

They have a beautiful mix of pinks, reds, nude and even my favorite berry toned lipstick!
This photo was taken from Etude House Website.
Do you see any beautiful shade worth a splurge for the upcoming Chinese New Year or just as a reward for yourself?

I got the Dear My Wish Lips Talk in PK003. When I first walked into Etude Flagshop store, I wanted to search for a perfect berry toned lipstick because it was the "fall-winter" season and darker tones of red was in. I gotten inexplicably drawn to the PK003 instead which is a deep pink that suits my skin tone perfectly.

Unlike their other lipstick range, this comes packaged in a longer tube with their signature pink and cutesy ribbon in the middle.

Another stark difference in the Dear My Wish Lips Talk is that the lipstick is not in the conventional lipstick bullet shape but a rounded (?) bullet.

Swatch on my hand, this color is true to its advertised shade and I love how creamy and pigmented it feels when I first did a swatch.
Immediately after, I put it to use and fell in love with it.

Here's how it looks on me.
I remembered my first serious delve into the world of lipsticks had to be a pink lipstick from Etude House and I realized just how much I missed pink lipsticks!

This holds up well enough because after three snacks and four hours of wear this is how it looks on me..

Although there isn't much more of a color on my lips, the fact that there was a slight stain on my lips after a good amount of wear-time is admirable. Especially since it lasts through a FULL MEAL!
At the end of the day, I can still find a good amount of lipstick when I remove my makeup.

Here's what I love about the Dear My Wish Lips Talk in PK003:
* Long-lasting
* Moisturizes and doesn't chap my lips
* beautiful and pigmented color
* Mild rose scent!

Here's the not so good thing:
* Uneven fading as can be seen above
* Hard application because of the bullet shape
* A tad bit more expensive as compared to the normal lipstick range
* Not as many color selection as compared to the normal range

All in all, I might probably repurchase the Etude House Dear My Wish Lips Talk but it other different shades. I almost ended up purchasing the deep berry toned lipstick if it wasn't for the fact that I bought another beautiful lipstick in Hongkong :x

Would you try any of the lipsticks in the Etude House Dear My Wish Lips Talk range? What's your fav?! :D

Stay Beautiful!
